Healthy Nutella – 3 ingredients recipe
Nutella is indispensable in our home, the delicious hazelnut chocolate spread just tastes too good. In contrast to the original, my homemade variant contains only 3 ingredients and comes out completely without white sugar and added fat.
I like to prepare my Nutella myself on the weekend, using top-quality ingredients such as organic hazelnuts, dates and cocoa powder. As a Meal Prep I fill the healthy Nutella in screw glasses, which means it is stable for about 2 weeks. How the healthy Nutella variant is prepared, I have already published on YouTube. I really do not know anyone who does not love the delicious nut nougat cream. Why not even make a healthy alternative to Nutella? From the three ingredients hazelnuts, cocoa and dates is quickly prepared a healthy breakfast spread without sugar.
Nutella – 3 ingredients recipe
Preheat oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Put the hazelnuts on a plate or in a baking dish and roast in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool slightly.
Put the dates in a bowl, pour hot water over them and soak for 10 minutes. Then drain off the water, collecting 100 ml of soaking water.
Put the hazelnuts in a blender (Food Processor) and grind for about 10 minutes to liquid hazelnut butter. Stop in between and push the hazelnuts down with a spatula from the edge of the machine.
Add the dates and cocoa powder to the nut butter in the blender and puree together. Add about 100 ml of water (soaking water) until the cream has the desired consistency.
Fill chocolate hazelnut cream into pourable screw or mason jars. In the fridge, the homemade Nutella is about 2 weeks.
