- 4 chicken fillets chopped
- 340g pasta
- 1 red pepper
- 3 teaspoons green pesto
- pinch of salt
- ground pepper
- 2 teaspoon of vegetable oil
- 1 small onion
- Cook the pasta as instructed on the pack.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the chopped onion.
- Fry for 3 mins. Add the chopped chicken and fry for 10 mins, turning occasionally. Season with salt and ground pepper.
- Chop the pepper.
- Add the chopped pepper, pasta and pesto sauce to the chicken.
- Stir well. Cook for a further 6 mins.
